What:

Through good administration, management and leadership we support our workers and ministries with the aim of providing direction and leadership, a finance system and member care. 

Where:

We mainly work from the Headquarters in Fajara where we have our guesthouse and the administrator and director have their offices.  However, we are often out meeting people in their places of work, ministry and their homes.

How:

Through maintaining the legal and social framework of the organisation

Through the general administration of WEC affairs

Through public and internal relationships

Through a clearly defined operational policy

Through financial transactions and annual external audit

Through regular evaluation of the our systems and procedures

Through fulfilling our responsibilities as an employer

Through regular visits, encouragement and counselling
